2. What certifications and credentials does your team hold?

Our consultants and technicians hold certifications such as RRO (Registered Roof Observer), PE (Professional Engineer), and are trained in ASTM test standards. We also maintain active continuing education and manufacturer-specific training.

3. What is your typical turnaround time for evaluations and reports?

Turnaround times vary by project size, but standard roof sample testing reports are typically delivered within 5–10 business days once testing is completed.

4. Do you provide clear, easy-to-understand, and actionable reports?

Yes. Our reports are designed for all stakeholders—technical and non-technical. They include a visual summary, key findings, and recommendations when relevant.

11. Can you assist with legal or insurance documentation and expert testimony?

Yes. We have experience supporting legal teams and adjusters. Our evaluations have been used during depositions and we may be able to serve as an expert witness depending on the particular case details.
