We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Roof Inspector to join our team. As a Roof Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring  the integrity and safety of roofs on various structures. Your expertise will contribute to  maintaining high-quality construction standards and identifying potential issues before  they escalate.

Responsibilities

• Roof Assessments:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of roofs on residential and commercial buildings. 
  • Evaluate the overall condition of roofs, identifying any signs of damage, wear, or potential issues. 
• Documentation:
  • Create detailed reports outlining inspection findings, including photographs and measurements. 
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results and communicate them effectively to relevant parties. 
• Safety Protocols:
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during inspections to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment. 
• Personal Integrity:
  • Demonstration of strong work ethics (punctual, dependable, and trustworthy) 
  • Must be willing to travel to various locations in the US. 

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 2-4 years’ experience in low slope roofing, construction, or a related field. 
  • Familiarity with various roofing materials, construction methods, and industry best practices. 
• Skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in using relevant inspection tools and equipment.
